(a) against a party to a complaint who has engaged in improper conduct during the course of the complaint&lt;/blockquote&gt;

Nothing anywhere on quantifing costs to be recovered, just &lt;i&gt;may&lt;/i&gt;
Oh and this brilliant balance of law..

&lt;blockquote&gt;Enforcement of remedies 39  (2) An order filed under subsection (1) has the same force and effect, and all proceedings may be taken on it, as if it were a judgment of the Supreme Court.&lt;/blockquote&gt;

So the folks at HRC have the same powers as the Supreme Court, scary!</description>
