Kuwaiti police are on the job

Kuwaiti blogger The 4th ring posted this priceless photo.
Kuwaiti police car Amira Ali Hussaini of Global Voices informs us that the Arabic spelling is also incorrect.

UPDATE: O.K. from The 4th ring left a comment saying the car isn’t Kuwaiti. He think it’s Saudi.
